Reciprocity Of Contributions:If you worked out of the jurisdiction of BAC Local #1, NY during 2015, please contact the Hours Department at the Fund Office and advise them of where you worked so they can request reciprocity of your benefits. Be reminded that the only benefits that are reciprocated are Pension, Welfare and Annuity. Hours received are converted to BAC Local #1, NY rates.
April 1, 2015 is the new Benefit Period. The hours you worked in a calendar year from January 1 through December 31 2014 were calculated to determine your level of medical coverage from the Bricklayers Insurance and Welfare Fund. If you worked at least 750 hours but less then 1200 hours, you would be eligible for Plan B; if you worked 1200 or more hours, you will be eligible for Plan A.
